Ken and his wife, Linda, have lived in the Portland area since the fall of 1996. This is their second successful service business which they launched after their own basement flooded in 2005.

Both Ken & Linda have been blessed and surprised as their pest control & waterproofing businesses rapidly expanded. Ken’s extensive background in business and construction allows his company to develop innovative solutions and he enjoys the wide variety of challenges in the waterproofing and pest control industry.
